Hello, Am looking for a Freelancer who will develop an app similar to [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The iOs app will come as part 2 but feel free to quote for it separately. This is the iOS app link : [login to view URL] If there is a discount for doing both iOs and Google Play, do mention and quote in your proposal. Key ingredients are that a subscriber can download the video ( inApp) and not the actual mp4 file and view it OFFLINE ( Minus an Internet connection one downloaded) Payment Gateway integration is a MUST have We will provide the videos that go into the app - and will also provide API documentation where necessary. Awaiting demonstrable sample relevant earlier projects ( portfolio)

I will provide both ios and android app..your play store link is broken but got the idea from apple store link...Basically you want an app for children to learn and play at the same time...
