The screenshot you attached uses ScrollViews with CollectionViews. So I would make combination with custom classes of these objects. For second question here I see two ways to use autoLayout via code. Use third part library like SnapKit or make boilerplate helpers for object snapping. Personally I prefer use of anchors for layout creation. And don't forget to turn off autoresizingmask to false ;) If you want to discuss this in greater details just write me back.
