Hello. Are you going to use perpetual or per-day/per-month licensing model? I think AWS is the best option for you.

Please check my profile and customer's comments for more informations about my experience. We have a lot of experience with live streaming. Especially WOWZA, Darwin, Red5, Live555... We have build a secure module(authentication module) for secure streaming. We have also worked with FFmpeg for 4 years. My transcoder is based FFmpeg with some customize to more control and stable. We have also sucessful developed a Video Platform, VOD(video on demand) and Live Video. We have a lot of experience in live transcoding and streaming video. Your solution supports many inputs type as RTMP, UDP, RTSP, RTP, HTTP...output is encoded in H264/AAC over RTMP, UDP, HTTP...target devices are PC, tablet, smartphone( iOS, Android, Windows phone), smarttv. We can streaming from Camera, Camrecoder, DVB-S, DVB-T video capture card... to web, smartphone, IPTV. We can consult you build a good video streaming system. Let me help you.

I have 7+ years of experience in media streaming with Wowza, flash ,flex, php, java, html, xml, mysql etc. I can do this work for you on first priority. Let me know your response.

Hi, Thank you for posting your requirement. My name is Inderjeet and own a small 4 member IT services firm based at Chandigarh,India. We have been into IT since 1994 (desktop software), into Web-apps since 2001 and Wowza/FMS based video streaming/VOD apps for about 3 years. Currently exploring International clients through these portals for mutually beneficial and long lasting collaborations. I am not sure about how you wish to implement the IP restriction because not all people have static IPs but the rest can be done. Let me know the details so we can chalk out a work plan for you. Also you have not mentioned how you wish to stream the channels/streams (via website?) . You will need to provide root or admin access to the server where Wowza is installed. Wowza must have the transcoder add-on installed. if you need any information, please don't hesitate to ask. Sincerely Inderjeet
