Add a 'Switch to Client' button on a reset menu in a Java application

The Java application I have needs a button added to one of the menus. The application works with one server and multiple clients on Win 10 OS systems. The application is structured so that both the server and client can run on the same system at the same time. This means that all systems have both the server and client code but only one system is running the server code at a time. The application has the feature that should the only system that is the server run into a problem, the user can go to any client and click a button on a reset menu that makes that client the new server and tell the old server to become a client. The issue I am trying to resolve is if for some reason the user ends up with two servers running, which has happened during testing, there is no way for the user to change one of those server to a client. I need a button added to the reset menu of the server that will make it a client. The required work would be to add the 'Swith2Client' button to the server reset menu and add the back code that changes the function of that server to a client and updates the value in the .cfg file from 'system_as_server=true' to 'system_as_server=false' so the change is permanent. Source code will be provided once I confirm that you understand what I need and have the skills to do the project. Milestones will not be release until I have the source code with fixes and have verified the fixes are in the source code that was provided to me. This project will be awarded once I am convinced that you can do the work. You will determine the amount of funding for the milestone and the length of time it will take to complete the project. A late project will be cancelled. I will not work outside of Freelancer and report anyone that try's to do so.
