Java Proxy server2

I need a proxy server, it will allows the user to manipulate the traffic that passes through it, i.e. between the web browser client (Mozilla, Chrome ...) and the web server. This application must be developed with Java so it can be cross platform. It will be using a database to store the some data I need to get when a http request is sent from the browser.
