JAVA - SSL Handshake Error - How to fix for specific IP C-Block?

Dear Java Expert, i have a third party software for analysis of websites. On my second computer, software runs perfect. On my main computer, i can't analyse a specific IP C-Block (for my understanding - All URLS rom another provider works perfect, only a special c-block is not available). You should have the ability to fix this and find the solution like log-files, dev tools or diagnostic. On my main computer i had installed XAMPP. I don't know is this the reason for my trouble. We have tried: - Call Website via Browser - ok - Try to use the programm on notebook in the same network - ok - insert via Keytool a SSL-Cert from one page - no change - Deactivate Firewall - no result - Uninstall XAMPP & reinstall JAVA - no result Task: 1. We make a websession via WEBEX (you get a mail with invitation) If you know the answer without Webex, is it also ok. Also chat is available. 2. I share desktop and you instruct me, what is to do to check and you send commands via chat box 3. If possible, we can fix this Finish. I have attached the error log file Best regards
