NFC library for accessing passport chip -- 2

We are developing a Xamarin application for Android and iOS and require access to the NFC chip on passport and ID cards. The data on the NFC chip is protected and must use BAC authentication using details from the passport to open the chip. The default Xamarin NFC library we have tried to use doesn't seem to support a way to authenticate BAC authentication (Details on BAC below). This piece of work requires production of a simple demo Xamarin application that can run on both Android and iOS. Developer must have a biometric passport (please do not bid if you do not have access to one) ([login to view URL]) to allow testing locally. We require development to provide full access to the passport chip in both Android and iOS and to provide a way of accessing this through Xamarin. Xamarin application to have three screens 1.
