Simple Python Debugging Project

The project description ("Data_Processing_Instructions [login to view URL]") and the source code ("Code/[login to view URL]") implementing that description is provided along with the data set (folder: "documents-export-2014-11-14"). Now there are some changes that need to be made in the source code. Those changes are provided in another file ("[login to view URL]). The data set contains several different types of data files. File "File Types [login to view URL]" contains the extension of different types of data set files, and the folder "labeltextfiles" contains the information about what each column of different data set files hold. Each data set file can be opened with a Notepad. The code only looks lengthy, but you will notice that the changes are to be made only in some selected functions without worrying about the rest of the code. Please see the attached RAR file. The project is from a trusted client. No payments or milestones will be created until the project is completed upto the client's satisfaction, and until the source code is tested by him. Whoever bids $50 or less will be hired immediately.
