Fix for html page to work in IE & Chrome (works in Firefox)

We need urgently a fix for a html page which dynamically adds cells on a new row to adjust to the width of a page. In Chrome & IE it doesn't work. Goal is to have a fix so that it works in IE and Chrome like it works in Firefox This is an urgent project. Freelancer will be chosen based upon experience and time required to complete this small project
