HTML / Javascript issue - Need help with MouseOver inside a JavaScript

Please review the site : <[login to view URL]> On the right hand side you will see a a set of icons which shows a different image when mouse is hovered on it. However the last one in the list "Watch Videos" is not not showing the mouse hovering image. It does not show any error either. You can save the page, make the fix and upload it. The fix needs to be made for just the [login to view URL] page. Your solution MUST document what you did to fix the problem.
