Hi! We need this landing page created based on the design of this attached powerpoint. Landing page programming to include a form which, upon validation, sends an pre-written email. (Included in PowerPoint) 2. We need you to host this landing page on one of your servers (Address doesn't matter as long as it loads quickly and performs well) from November 1st 2013 to December 31st 2013, then it can be shut off. 3. We want all the people who enter in their data in the landing page form, to be filled in a Googledocs form as they are entered so we can easily export this data.
