Android worm game (based on snake) full working for google store

I want you to build for android mobile 2.3.3-4.2 OS support "angry worm" game (based on classic snake) but with more features and graphics. All project will be split in 2 parts, read carefull, because HERE I WILL write full project details, and then we need split in 2 parts. Full project budget i think can be 500-600$ - Project will be split in part1, part2, part1+part2=500-600$ total. Them mean individual part max budget is 250$. I have added files to project how i see this all. You will need, programm game, design graphic and find audio. From me i will design on paper how should look levels, example 1.png. My budget is limited, i know, maybe this project need pay more, but. If in google store somebody will really buy, You will be person nr1, who will add more features to project. Main privileges easy control, i add 2 buttons, left and right, i tested many games and found this best way. How i see mainmenu i showed in papper, but you need add "angry worm adventures" somethink like this and graphic. Quick play will have only 1 level. Adsense support need be. Game failes will be (Demo game with limited features and Full Game) Icon design too. How you see on paper, FULL project in my brains is build all what you see on paper. "Earth island" with 10 levels included boss. Features like (water island, air, fire, world2) will not be in this full project. Islands like fire with x levels and boss, will be another project part in future wich will cost another $$. Multi language support and dificulty levels not in full project, it just part what can be in future. More details in PM. Read carefull what you will be doing and what i will be doing. Each part part1, part2 will need have source files. Example part1 at 100% done - source files, small readme file. Part1- 10%-30%-60% etc - APK file for testing on my android, If somethink need be corrected in time. Prepare if you really can do it, how you see game design idea is big. After part1 and part 2 will be completed, We try to publish in google. and if 300-400Users will buy, then i post another part like part3 to design FIRE island with budget 200-300$.
