Chromium plugin with panel

Hello We need a plugin for chromium. It will render a panel on the site page. On the panel will be search field and some data below it and a button. User enter the id in search field and text+image+extid is fetched from api. If extid is defined, plugin open page based on the extid. If extid is not defined plugin opens create page. When the button on the bottom of panel clicked then fields on the site page become updated based on the previous api request. And form is submitted. And our api updates the extid received from site after submit. Thank you
