Customer Tracking Number JavaScript

Hello Programers, I would like to have a JavaScript code written so when a customer visits my website [login to view URL] and goes to the Customer Tracking page [login to view URL] when they type in their tracking number that the distributor for their spa will show up. When they type in their Tracking number I would like the distributors Name, Phone Number, and Email address to show. Only the first two number of the tracking number matter…they are the distributor number: [login to view URL] I think you would need to write 3 separate arrays for the Name, Phone Number, and Email address. And have the code only look at the first two numbers.
