Data driven graphics using javascript

I have an svg template (see attached file) and a json file containing data. I would like to populate fields in the svg template using values from the json file. This should be a very easy task requiring basic javascript skills. I would like the project to be implemented in d3.js although this project will not use many d3 specific features. Experience using jquery should be sufficient. Please see that attached pdf for an example. Note, there are a number of graphs on the pdf file. I have already developed a d3 widget to generate the graph. You will only be required to use that widget and populate it with data.
