Integration of three.js editor on top of CesiumJS

We want to integrate some of the functionality from [login to view URL] editor ([login to view URL]) to CesiumJS ([login to view URL]). The Cesium would probably controls the overall scene rendering. Since it does lot things required to support virtual globes (changing different layers, Cameras, etc.,). We should integrate some of the features from [login to view URL] editor (like., translation, scaling and rotation using mouse with axis.) In other words, we are looking to bring minimum required [login to view URL] editor functionalities into CesiumJS.
