I have a website [login to view URL] and I'd like to do two simple things: 1. The menu bar currently has a black transparent background so its visible on all 8 pages. It switches between four full screen colour photos, and four full screen white backgrounds with the writing. I'd like the menu bar to change colour depending on the background - one dark colour for white background and one light colour for dark background. 2. When you click on a menu bar item, currently it moves to the photo title page and then the user has to scroll down to see the actual content relating to that title page. What I'd like is for javascript to be written so when the user clicks on the menu item, it still goes to the photo title page, but then 3 seconds later it atomatically scrolls down to the text relating to that title page. That's all.

Easy peasy. A few hours work, if not less :) Available and can start even now :) Although after checking the scripts it seems that the scripts responsible for the menu behaviours are... minified... >.< That increases the difficulty a bit.
