We are seeking a high level, experienced JS developer to assist us with a tweak to a site. The single page site includes parallax scrolling, triggered by the user beginning to scroll. It auto scrolls to the next point in the page, but we are seeing a bug where if the user scrolls too much or too fast, the page is scrolling through all sections. WE simply need to block this and force the page to scroll one section at a time. Hoping this is <=1 hour of work for a talented JS developer. Code is housed in a GIT repository and is deployed to a development server for testing. We are looking for a developer who can jump in and tackle this right away, please. It's better to point out the potential cases that causes this error.

Hello! When the user is using the scrollwheel on your webpage the issue happens? Reading your description but without knowing the library, hopefully we can extend the plugin with some logic to not listen to the scrollwheel until the specific section is reached.
