Job Summary: • Join Team Geek Solutions as a Tech Question Auditor for our HQ Project. Evaluate AI-generated tech questions, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance. Work remotely, refine content, and uphold our stringent quality standards. Technical acumen and attention to detail are paramount. Key Responsibilities: • Review and Audit: Critically evaluate questions generated by our AI platform to ensure they meet specified quality criteria. • Daily Review Quota: Review a minimum of 30 questions per day, broken down as follows: Note: For Descriptive type questions, they should prompt the user to quote examples, preferably code examples. At least 9 of the MCQ/MAQ type should be output-based. Remember: While you can save more than 30 questions daily, the expectation is to submit 30, as these will undergo further validation. • Feedback & Recommendations: Provide clear, constructive feedback on questions, suggesting amendments or tweaks when necessary. • Quality Assurance: Ensure each question is technically accurate, relevant, and aligns with current industry standards and trends. • Collaboration: Work closely with our tech team and other auditors to share insights, feedback, and collectively improve the question bank's quality. • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with advancements and updates in your specific tech domain to ensure the relevance of questions. • Reporting: Periodically report on the auditing process, highlighting any trends, concerns, or suggestions for improvement. Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, IT, or related field (relevant certifications a plus). • Experience: 8+ years in one of: JavaScript/Nodejs, React/Redux, Angular, Python, C#, Java/Spring boot, Vlocity/Salesforce development. • Comprehensive knowledge in the relevant tech domain(s). • Familiarity with current industry trends and standards. • Ability to critically evaluate technical content for accuracy and clarity. Soft Skills: • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inaccuracies or ambiguities in technical content. • Critical Thinking: Evaluate questions not just for technical accuracy but also for their relevance and practical application. • Communication: Strong written skills to provide clear and constructive feedback
