Redo my UI with React.js / Redux / Rx.js / Node / Isomorphic / Restful / API

I own a TV-Video Streaming Service similiar to Netflix. All my video-channels are in Mongo Database already. I am moving away from a PHP System. I am not made of money. I am new company start up. I don't got a big profit flow. This is why my project budget is low. I need someone who does have some heart. And does care about TV Entertainment that is Clean and Positive and Safe for Families. This is the product I am making. I eventually want to make an APP for Mobile and TV Screens. This project is focused only on the Web Site User Interface that runs in a Web Browser and for mobile it will work with the Mobile APP. My Hardware set up is: Ngix, Node, Mongo, MySql, Cent OS Linux with Cpanel, Dedicated Server with Private Cloud, Cpanel The Description for the Project is below, keep in mind there is some back end work for Node.Js to connect to the UI on front end. I need someone to redo-create me a HOMEPAGE-UI with (React, [login to view URL], Redux, React Routes, Restful, Ajax, Json, API). I already have the design. I have a small slider you can use for the Video-Channels. It looks and acts like the Netflix small sliders. You will however have to make me a big slider for the top when you create me the UI. The UI will be done in React with Redux. You must use [login to view URL] Observable with the UI. This UI looks like netflix. You will create me the UI from top to bottom in React. I have some sliders you can add. However you will be required to improve the sliders for me like to make it look more presentable. I have a Live Search that must be changed to work with Mongo Database. This may require some API work on your part. The Search right now uses the old php data from MY SQL. It needs to be hooked up to work with React/Mongo the live search. You will do this when you create the UI. The User Interface must be able to dynamically update from end points. To be able to get information from end points. To be able to grow with updates in future. There must be React Router Routes. The UI must be able to auto update from backend. I have Images already for my TV Channels and Videos. The UI must update images/Titles/Info for all Channels-Videos on my Sliders. There will be some backend work required. I will need isomorphic work on Node.JS and want NODE.Js hooked-connected on the back-end to the User Interface on the front end. Mongo and Node are already installed. I have a Streamer-Channel-Video Player that you will integrate into the User Interface you create. The Player is already created and working with channels in Mongo. You will create me the React.js APP too. I also will need to adapt my current control panel. Or have a new cms admin panel made that allows me to add videos or tv channels to mongo and update my REACT web site with sliders. So a control panel that will allow me to control content in Mongo. And will update my User Interface. So some stuff is done. I need someone reliable and committed. This project you can take your time and not rush. I am in no hurry. However i want someone serious who will not waste my time. I have already gone thru 5 people since May 2016 on freelancer. You will have access to my Cpanel Server and FTP and SSH. I need to trust you and need you to finish the project with quality. I want to spend money on someone who will not quit and will make me happy and satisfied as a client. I am open to monthly payments and slow work over time because my budget is low.
