D3 to visualize d-dimensional dataset

Hi, you need d-dimensional dataset to be visualized using D3. I can deliver the project on time as I am experienced with both D3 version 2 and the latest version(v4). Let me know which version do you favor. One question to be asked, from where the data will coming, ie. from csv/tsv or web api? Waiting for your response. Kind Regards Anisur
