Joomla Content Upload - Suburb List of 800 plus suburbs

Basic project i have a list of Suburbs and they're corresponding areas all based in one city - i have created the categories (13 areas) and i want about 800 articles with suburbs listed in them - i have done a few as an example - basically the jo b is to submit 800+ of the same exact article with only the suburb data renamed to corresponding suburb, as article is already written! attatched is a sample of whats to be changed - all the circles in red are to be changed to suburb name, the green circle is to be emptied (as its auto generated) and the blue circle is too choose the Area Category under this suburb, the list of suburbs will be given in alpha betical order also need quick turnaround!
