Joomla Divide Plugin....

Hi!... Well, We need a plugin in joomla that I can change a value every day and when I do that It divide every number that is inside the syntax of the plugin. Ex: I have the imaginary Syntax: {nameofthesyntax [35000]} In plugin manager / name of the plugin / I need could change diary if is possible the value that I need that divide that 35000 value, so we will to imagine that I put: 2321 in the field… so the 35000 will convert in 15,07 and show me that number instead 35000 are that clearly?
