Simple Joomla Tasks

Hi. I've started to copy content from an old site to the updated joomla version, but I need it finishing off. Your task will be 1. Copy the content from the old site that hasn't been copied already. 2. Edit what I've done already to remove tables used for layout, I want to use css. For example, on some pages I have a right column with some info in it, currently I am using a table for this, but I want to change it to css. 3. Suggest a better way for use of the menu's. I'm still learning joomla, and I'm concerned that currently I will end up with far too many links in the left column. 4. Create a business listing page. Here I want links at the top of page, for the different types of local businesses (butcher, baker, pub, post office etc.. which will link to an anchor in the page. I also want css using to create a layout for each business listing. t would be nice if small icons could be next to each of these? There will be two types; standard - business name, address, telephone number: premium - logo, business name, telephone number, web link, 4 x bullet points to highlight parts of the business. If you could integrate google maps somehow, to show the location of the business that would be good. 5. Suggest a better way to show a page I have set up with thumbnails that link to a pdf file. Currently again I use a table for the layout, but I was looking for an extension that would be more suitable to show thumbnails. 6. Insert links in to footer (terms of use, etc) 7. Create a very simple logo. I would like the name of a site, with a meandering river flowing through the letters. See attached txt for site names. Only bid if you completely understand this project. I've had to relist due to the last freelancer saying they knew what they had to do, only to ask me what they should do as soon as I'd chosen them! Thanks
