Acquisition of customers, buyers, orders in Great Britain, Netherlands, Belgium

Hi I run an international company. I am looking for a person who would be able to find business or private clients for permanent cooperation. We want to sell lumber and regips panels (we offer transport from Poland in a van to 3.5t, 1-2 tons at a time) to the UK, the Netherlands or Belgium. We are most interested in Great Britain. I will pay for each customer that I acquire and who will pay (preferably % of the sale). We are also interested in obtaining cargo for a van up to 3.5 tons from Poland to the UK.
