1500 Backlinks

Here is a good challenge to all SEO out there. I am looking for 1500 good quality one way backlinks with high Page Ranks. The catch is the Back links must be displayed on Google Web search (So listing on bad/ dead link sites will not count and they will not be displayed by google). Your performance will be tested All Back links must be related to Dogs or Cats. Only when back links reach 1500, then the SEO will get paid. Only apply for this, if you have a good plan of action. I will want to know your strategy before I make you the winner. Alternatively, show me you have done this kind of work before. I will test it via Google search, using the "link:website method".
