Plesk 11.0.9 email issue / check setup

I recently tried to setup plesk on amazon AWS / EC2. Everything seems to be working with the hosting, but I'm having trouble receiving mail from gmail. We just moved the mail back from the google small business, so there maybe DNS issues. I can receive email from hotmail but not gmail. I need a linux / plesk admin to check mail and ensure mail is configured and receiving messages. Please check the server set up and tune for ideal lamp configuration.
