In case of dynamic, do you need API (RPC, REST) for update rules? Will need integration with database? Do you need logging certain events? This can probably be completed in a few hours, but I would like to know a little more about your requirements to be more certain. Does the proxy need to be custom written or will a general proxy like nginx or traefik work? Is there ssl involved? If so where is it being terminated? On the host or at the proxy? I have set these up for multiple types of environments so there should be no issues.

we made lots os socks5 and other type of tunnels like stunnel or http tunnel for example, we can proxify all apllication behind it like web server, vpn server or any other application to be accessible through these tunnel which be socks5 or any other type.
