Simple HaProxy + Nginx (optional) proxy panel + WHMCS automation

I'm looking for someone to make a secure haproxy (must) & nginx(if possible) control panel witch writes config files. Also, I would like to use the control panel with WHMCS so I can provide the haproxy service to users automatically. I want the following features. Let me know if you can do it all or just some of it including following features and optional features. Simple Haproxy & Nginx (if possbile) control panel features - Change IP that it's pointing to - write/update haproxy (and nginx) config file. - Change Port that it's pointing to - write/update haproxy (and nginx) config file. - Bandwidth Graph - WHMCS Automation (creates an account when the customer bought the haproxy service on WHMCS and email the account password etc) -Suspend/remove specific user's haproxy/nginx feature (e.g suspend the haproxy/nginx when the customer didn't pay the invoice on WHMCS and/or exceeded the bandwidth and delete the user's haproxy/nginx 30 days after the suspension) -Admin Account (futures that remove/suspend user's account manually and get notification via email or in the panel if a user exceeded the bandwidth) -Notification (Users can setup bandwidth notification [e.g over 500 GB bandwidth -> send an alert email to the email]) -language setting(s) (I will translate by my own) Optional Futures (preferred but not expected - completely optional) (Might pay some extra fees for these) -Sub Accounts feature -GRE Tunnel feature
