We have 2 NASes (DS1823xs+ and DS720+) DS1823xs+ has 8 HDD with RAID5 Protection. Recently, the HDDs have been failing. 1st, 1 HDD failed, so I replaced that HDD with another. Then, while doing a RADI Resync, another HDD failed, so I replaced that too. Now, while Data Scrubbing 2 HDDs have failed. Question 1: I am still determining what is happening, but can anyone help me troubleshoot this while I wait for official support? HDDs keep failing during data scrubbing or RAID resyncing Question 2: DSM is asking me to remove and recreate the storage pool. If I do that, will it result in data loss? If yes, then any alternate solutions? I have a backup NAS in which snapshots have been replicated. Question 3: There seems to be WriteOnce enabled in the Shared folder. Will it affect my work in any way? Question 4: Once the Primary NAS is fully restored, can you explain the process of syncing the new data back from the backup NAS to the primary NAS
