logo for therapy centre

I need a logo for a physiotherapy clinic. Maximum budget is US$50 only. The logo must show some kind of human movement in real or abstract form. Like a person exercising, activity, strength. The name of the clinic will be below the logo in 1 to 2 lines. I need atleast 6-8 mockups to show the client. My budget is not exceeding US$50 in any case. If you can work out 6-8 mockups quickly, and are able to extend 1 or 2 that the client likes further to get the final one selected, send me your best bid and past work. The logo has to be used on Print stationary and on the web, so atleast 300DPI logo is needed. I need this done urgently, within a day. Thanks, Kamni
