Looking for Data List

I need a list of all the licensed contractors in the US. I'm looking for someone who already has this information or can get it for a low cost. It's probably best you are already in the industry, otherwise you should be someone who has solid experience grabbing data from directory based websites. It's all public data and I have examples of where to get the data as well. I'd like for someone to harvest the data, then clean it up if necessary and send it to us via csv. The purpose of the list is to import the data in to a php based site. When referring to licensed contractors, we're referring to plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc. I have a list of SIC codes I can provide and the websites where the information can be retrieved easily.
