Export magento order data to Job management database

We require a module / extension to export the order data from magento into some form of job management database for the printing company. The job management data base will have to be created, however can be fairly simple. It will need to retain all the order data and be able to have a sign off function for any of the various processes we have to go through to create the final product. There can be up to 10 stages that the job may need to go through We require something that can simplify this process and have check box or drop down selections that jump it to the next section/stage. For instance: 1 - order exported from magento into job management system 2 - job automatically or manually created in management system. 3 - within job management - relevent stages are set - ie: print - finish - despatch *This could be upto 10 stages depending on requirements) 4 - job proceeds or realeased to stage 1 - once done, we \'sign off\' within job management and the job then drops into stage 2 awaiting \'sign off\' 5 - within each stage - information needs to be able to be written. 6 - once stages are complete and signed off the job will be archived for later viewing or releasing back into the flow for a re-print. We know there are export data extensions, we really are looking to tie in an existing module or newly written module - Costs are an issue, so looking to keep them down.
