Help me with Marketing

I need a youtube video ad for my website and text with a good voice and marketing skills. I need the video to describe what my website is about and show users why they should use it as there everyday use. I need a good friendly voice with music, showing the user how to use the website and some ad text for my home page. I can need a high quality 1-2 minute video as a max.
