We are a start up company , our current man power strength is 2. We arrange finance from banks for our clients. We also give investment consultancy in real estate sector. We want to expand by appointing a marketing team of 20 people. Also need to connect to channel partners for getting business. For this we need an experienced mentor who is expert in marketing, team handling , advertising, branding to guide us how to recruit, handle, compensate the man power. We also need to get the policies , KRA, KPI , incentive structure built in and to design the way to implement it. We also need to understand the behavior rules & how to handle the team and get the optimum performance out of them. We also need to create a brand and advertise our product to get business leads, we need consultancy in this regard. Thanks
