Write a Matlab optimization algorithm

I am an instructor of Mathematics. I have 5 years of teaching mathematics. I teach Trigonometry, Calculus, Geometry, Matrices, Algebra, Quantitative questions, Differential Equations, Logic, Discrete Mathematics, Numerical Analysis, Algorithms and statistics&probability. What you need is to decide a parameter that you want to optimize for. If maximum revenue, we will have to go through all the possible scenarios and maximize revenue for a given time period say a month. Message me and we can discuss further regarding algorithms that can be employed.

Since you only lose 93 every 24 hours, you can't afford 2*50 restart. One restart after 50, you need to cover total negtive as close to 93 as possible, it's not possible with a continuous gap. so I say machines on all the time should be fine.

I will provide you the solution to the problem with any optimization algorithm of your choice. e.g. GA, PSO, FA, KH, BBO, SOS etc. If you are unsure of which one to choose, I will provide you with the best one that suits this problem 2. I understand that you want to formulate and solve this with built-in integer programming methods such as intlinprog in MATLAB. There are two main difficulties that make it hard to write this in standard optimization form: 1) How to represent the "at least 4 hour" criteria. 2) How to represent the fixed initial cost of $50. I have encountered and solved problems with similar constraints before so I have a good knowledge of the tricks to employ to convert these things into standart form. It is difficult and may result in a large problem, but definitely doable. If you are serious about getting your work done let me know. Even if you don't pick me, make sure the freelancer you award knows integer programming. Be warned that there are many guys who will bid on anything that matches a generic skill only to waste your time and money. About myself: 15+ years experience in Matlab including optimization.
