Seeking an experienced RFP Specialist proficient in Microsoft proposal projects. Your role will entail reading and comprehending complex RFP’s, draf and edit a high-level Microsoft D365, Azure, Data & Analytics implementation, Security Questionnaires, and InfoSec proposal responses. -Client RFP documents along with a standard RFP response template will be provided via a shared Google Drive. Skills & Experiences Required: - Extensive proposal writing experience, with demonstrated ability to create well-constructed and compelling IT infrastructure proposals. - In-depth understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and Azure - Looking for a long-term Senior Proposal Manager to assist with responding to Microsoft-based implementation and delivery RFI’s, RFP’s, and Security Questionnaires. - Must be knowledgeable on all Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Field Service, Sales, Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, PowerApps, Power Automate, etc.) Azure, AI, Data & Analytics. - Must have and be strong in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Workload maybe heavy at times. (4-6 proposal per week.) - Must be able to produce work with short turn-around times. - Must be able to develop client-specific Cover Letters and industry-based Executive Summaries that speaks to client pain points. - Please share similar past work experiences and examples. - As a APMP-certified 13-year proposal professional, I am looking for experience over value. - Fakes freelancers can be and will be quickly identified. - Fluent writing, editing, and speaking in English - Your role will be critical in leveraging our IT projects to drive business growth. - Your ability to articulate complex IT infrastructure language into understandable proposals will be the key to success in this project. - If you're a quick thinker, an exceptional proposal writer, and experienced in Microsoft products, I would like to hear from you.
