Dear Sir, By going through your details, I understand that you have all your email addresses had used Outlook or any other email client. If and only if you were using POP3 configuration for your email client, and none of the Mac’s were cleaned or formatted, then all the mails can be retrieved easily. I know I am a new freelancer, but I have sound knowledge on Outlook configuration and maintenance. Using and managing outlook for me and other clients for my permanent job. Hello, I can see that all the files have been deleted from your server, However depending on weather your Mac is set up to a Active Directory or Local. I could archive them. If you use the default Mail app on Macs it could easily retrivable as emails are downloaded into a holder stored in mcintosh. However your provider should be leaving a backup of files for minimum 30 days before deleting them.
