Write an Android application: Connect-Ing -- 2

In 2 words: Taxi Sharing Allows people queuing up for a taxi to locate others heading in the same direction so that they can share a cab, saving taxi commuters time and money. (Requires usage of a mapping system). The app will require users to have a social media profile similar to LinkedIn so as to reduce the fear factor of sharing a cab with total strangers. Competitors and Potential Competitors with similar products on market: Bandwagon (This is a taxi pooling app so a direct competitor); TripDa (This is a car pooling not taxi pooling app but runs on a very similar idea); Uber and GrabTaxi (These apps are to book taxis so it's not a very direct competitor but they could add the function relatively more easily. Luckily for us, they are running into trouble with government regulations.)
