Communication App - Develop App for iOS and Android

This project requires the development of a mobile phone app for iOS and Android handsets. This app will enable users (targeted at mine workers) to login via facebook or Google account and enable them to sync a shared calender with their family members that displays their work roster as well as other miners that are using the app to compare work rosters. The variables for the work roster may include many permutations and must be able to be repeated. ie one week on, one week off. OR 2 days working during the day, 1 day off and 2 days working nights and 6 days off OR 4 days nights, 3 days, 4 days off OR any other combination. What ever combination is entered by the user it will need to be able to be repeated ongoing. On this calender it should also include when is a good time for people to call (recurring) as well as an option to put pay day (recurring) pattern in. The app will also include a viber style messaging service (txt and pictures only, no voice). No messaging info to be stored on any servers. Also to include a task list that synced users can add to which should be called 'Things to do at home' (this is to be synced with selected members only) Also to include time zone tracker so that users know what time it is in other parts of the world. Graphics and icons to be developed as part of the project. Apps onto Google Play and Apple App store as part of the project. Two pricing models for app. Free version to contain banner ads and doesn't enable app syncing with other members. Paid version enables full features and doesn't include adds.
