embed a website inot an iphone/ipad app

Requirements... 3 days for completion No payment until project tested and source files uploaded $1 milestone to begin project $30 maximum bid I will ONLY communicate with the coder, no middle man!! You will code for me a complete set of ios app source files needed to simply embed a website (url) into an iphone /ipad app. This is a very simple 1 hour job for a good iphone coder. you will give me complete written instructions on how to modifiy the specific source files so that i can then update the source files and send them to anyone to compile and they can send me the .ipa file to upload to the App Store. The website inside the app and all it's links must stay inside the app. I also want a scaleable splash screen that I can edit. Things you need to show me to edit... the url the app icon the splash screen you must be able to send me a movie/youtube of the app working on your emulator.
