I used a freelancer to work on my project. The freelancer has been unresponsive for some time so I need a new contractor to finish the app. I have a few tweaks that need to be made to update icons and other design/flow items, and include the right filter of the photos that are selected, and some other work. I would like an agency to bid instead of a one man shop so that I have some assuredness that it will get complete and not be completely dropped this time. I already have all the fixes that I need listed out. I have all the assets in PSD format that will be used for the app. I have the Xcode app file as currently built which is working, but has a few bugs.
