Minor modifications on an existing iOS app

We have an iOS application that we want to make some changes to. The app uses Foursqare's and Google Map's APIs. The changes are as follows: 1- The Main screen has a bottom menu, we want this menu to be scrollable horizontally, currently it contains 4 buttons (and a timer), it should contain 7 buttons. 2- The timer in the current bottom menu should be removed and added above it. (this will be explained with a picture once you make a proposal). 3- Also we want to add a Setting icon (gear), it should open up a pop up screen containing a list of two options (Settings, and About), detailed as follows: 3.a - When the user clicks on the "Settings" button, two options should slide from underneath it. The text and functionality of the two options should be explained later once you make a proposal). 3.b - When the user clicks on the "About" button, it should take him/her to our website. We require testing, so we should be able to test the app through TestFlight. Job should be done within two days max. Budget: $50 max since the modifications are minor. The freelancer will should upload the app to the app store after we give them the developer's access.
