PLEASE READ DOWN THROUGH THE FULL PROJECT REQUIREMENTS AND ONLY BID/ PM US IF YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND THE REQUIREMENTS. THIS IS NOT A ONCE-OFF DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. We need to create a mobile application model for real estate agents. We are looking to create a template that will be supported on multiple platforms. As outlined in detail below, we will pay a set amount for the initial development of of the code but then this will become on ongoing project and you will be required to use the same template but amend the code to customise the app for different companies and upload this to the required platform hosts. Therefore, this will be an ongoing job and we are expecting to be sending you multiple projects per week. App needs the following; Tab 1 - Search function with the following criteria - buy/rent, location, min price, max price & bedrooms. ***This needs to be connected to the estate agents existing MLS feed.**** Search should produce results in Map view or List view. Each property will have the following options - immediately displaying property details & photo gallery beneath - when you scroll down the screen, there should be the following options in list view; 'call us', 'email us', 'view on map', 'send to a friend', view 'floorplan' and 'add to favourites'. The 'email us' function needs to automatically bring up the listing title/ address in the email subject line. Tab 2 - Favourites/ Shortlist - where favourite properties will be saved and can be viewed. Tab 3 - Share -Share by SMS -Share by Email -Share by Facebook -Share by Twitter Tab 4 - More Existing Tenants - Opens a form where existing tenants can log plumbing/ electrical issues etc through the app About Us - Opens a html/ text page Contact Us - Opens to a list view menu with - call us, email us, website Testimonials - Opens a html/ text page Powered By - Opens a html/ text page The app definitely needs to be supported by both iPhone and Android. Ideally, you can also create an app supported on Blackberry too and a simple mobile website with similar functionality. ONCE OFF DEVELOPMENT FEE However, MOST IMPORTANTLY - you need to be able to EASILY replicate this and amend the source code for different companies. Therefore, we will pay a once of development fee for the initial development of the code for multiple platforms ($250-750). PER PROJECT CUSTOMISATION And then we will pay a smaller fee ($100 - 250) per project/ real estate company to cover the following; 1. Customisation of the apps with different details; MLS details, colour scheme, text, contact details etc. 2. Push notification installation using Pushwoosh on all platforms possible. 3. Installation of revenue generating advertising on the Android platform 4.
