Ring tones app.

Greeting, i'm looking for very Talented programmer to cooperate with me to build app for iphone. my app is simple and effective , the app idea is for Ring tones . I need these features with creative ways : - include ringtones clips to my app as many as i want. - user can save our ringtones direct to ringtones section to use it. - user can edit/selection specific part of these clips and save it as ringtone direct to ringtones section to use it. - user can share any ringtone to facebook or twitter. we have creative designer so he can cooperate with programmer for this app interface and graphics needs.
