Build iOS application to coordinate a costume party

Hello, I am looking for a developer, who can develop an iPhone app that can do the following: We are making an app to invite users to a group, where they can share ideas for costumes to wear to a party A user creates the event, invites other users to the event Invited users can add more users, and add ideas for costumes, unless the list (either users, or costumes) has been restricted by the creator Users can always vote for displayed costumes - Users can enter their email in the app to log in. There is no password required, no verification needed - Users can see a list of their events - A user can create an event - An event has a visible list of users that are assigned to the event - The creator of the event, can add/remove users to the event - A created event has a random and unique name from a list of words that will be provided by us - The creator can change the name of the event - Users can for the event change their displayed name and profile picture. This is not done by account, but for that event only - The creator of the event can restrict/open the list of users for other users to add more users - Only the creator of the list can remove users - When a user invites another user to the event, this is done by entering an email. This email receives a mail saying You have been invited to the Event Name and it appears in their list of events Secondly - For the event, users share a list of costume ideas that are visible - Users can add a text line of suggestions for costumes to this list that everyone can see. e.g., Pirate outfit - Users can vote once for each costume idea, but not restricted to number of costumes they vote for, but only vote per costume per user - The vote adds the users profile picture next to the costume title - Users can assign one of 10 pre-made logo/illustration to a costume The 10 images will be provided by us, and are small circles in different colors - The creator of the event can open/restrict adding of costumes to the costume list Thirdly - The creator can add suggestions for time, date and location of the event - Users can vote for the times, dates and places if there are more than one, to show which ones they can do - The list of votes for times, dates and places and votes are visible to all We will provide a sketch drawing of the app to the winner. It concist of two screens 1) A list of your events, with a login box 2) Clicking an event, shows the 2 lists for the event, and the possible dates, times and location We will evaluate bids based on price, but would like to have an estimated time to delivery. We would also like 3 meetings during development minimum to align and check in. We are open for questios and clarification both before and during the project as needed We will select a developer before 1 February
