Hello, I'm looking for an App that's like Sim City. Monetize by selling some buildings, and, only be able to build some buildings if certain criteria is met, for example, allow construction of a city hall once a town becomes a city (related to population, population related to homes and business etc, just like sim city). With a town hall other features will be available, like now a player can buy a library and the library unlocks something else that's free but cool. Must provide source code. Must be App Store ready *available as a free download*
