Logistics Market-Place Mobile App

I need a developer to build for me an app for mobile functioning as an market-place for Logistics market and industry connecting customer needs as project to the logistics industry as business , more-alike (e.g : Uber, EasyTaxi, GrabTaxi, goCatch and etc). This app will be used by all the users in malaysia only and this market-place is open-source for the business industry for free. For now i need a developer who is committed to work on this project from prototype to deployment and progressing app updating. For now i need a real-time working prototype and we can move forward to build the actual app after revising and amendment, hence this is micro only for the real-time working prototype and then we upgrade the project according its work.
