We are an Internet start-up. We built an Android app, iOS app, and a web app. Job Description: - Half of your time spent on developing and maintaining our Java based web application and Android app. Half of your time spent on solving customer technical difficulties. - You will start with learning the system and developing small projects. Then gradually pick up more code base. Eventually, the goal is for you to take over the entire web and Android application, maintain it, and develop new features, at the same time respond to customer questions. - Our servers are on Amazon AWS. So you will, in the future, maintain and upgrade servers, and troubleshoot production issues. Your qualifications: - Strong Java fundamentals. - Android experience is a must. - The web app is written in Groovy/Grails, so Groovy/Grails is a huge plus. - iOS/Objective-C experience is a huge plus too. - Respond promptly and professionally, and be very patient with customers. Respond with the following questions: - On a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being no experience, and 5 being domain expert, please evaluate your programming skills on these items. 1. Java 2. Android 3.
