Mobile App Development for Dating Website

There is NO set budget for this project and a budget will not be decided on until all bids have been reviewed. The winning bid will be selected based on the merits and a budget will then be determined. Please quote the amount you would do the job for...whether that is higher or lower than the fixed price associated with this posting. Any bids received which set the pricing listed here will NOT receive serious consideration as that will suggest that the bidder isn't giving an accurate quote but is only quoting what they believe we are looking to pay. Note: This is a repost for a previous posting with updated requirements. These are the current known requirements for a Dating Mobile App we are interested in building. This mobile app will be a companion for our existing website and will integrate some of the site's features. Platform requirements: - Android: Required - iOS: Required - Windows: Would be nice to have but not required Please let us know: 1. The cost for the project (broken down by platform as appropriate). 2. How long it will take. 3. Which development language(s) will be used? If you support building in native and non-native languages, please indicate which ones with your quote as all will be considered. 4. What is your previous Mobile App building experience? 5. Which services will be included (app design, development, testing etc)? 6. Will the app be suitable for (Phone Portrait / Landscape mode, Tablet Portrait / Landscape mode) 7. Any other details you believe are important for us to know. 8. Would be great to see a couple links to previous work as well if possible. There will be APIs to integrate the app's features with our existing site. These are the current requirements for the project: - Signup / Register - Login to Account / Logout - Configure Profile (add / modify text / select profile picture) -- Picture Uploads, take pics with the device's camera - Who's Online List - Search Profiles -- Display Search Results - View Member's Profile Page -- View Profile Pictures in Gallery - Contact Members / View / Manage Messages (We use a custom built system which uses [login to view URL]) - Add Member to Friends / Bookmark List -- Remove Friend / Bookmark - Block Member - Report Member - Enforce Profile Restrictions (examples: profile blocks, offline setting, event signup permissions, payment issues, free member limits etc). - In-app Subscription Payments -- Cancel Subscriptions - Display count of members currently online - Show List of Profiles which have viewed a member's profile We look forward to seeing your proposals.
